This is our take on the "nectar of the gods." It is our only mead also made with grapes. Ambrosia is a sweet, complex wine that balances the smooth sweetness of honey and bold fragrance of chardonnay grapes.

We coined the name "Archer" for this wine because the recipe, made with spices, was popular among medieval military men. Archer is made with holiday spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. It can be served hot, or slightly chilled, and goes well with pastries.

Knight

Knight is a traditional spiced mead, and one of our premium wines, aged an extra year, giving it more smoothness and complexity. This noble wine was considered worthy of the aristocratic tables, and the recipe is attributed to the Capuchin monks. If you try some, you may find that monastic life was not as boring as we imagine. It is best paired with fruits, chessecake, and chocolate.
